THE COMPANY

 Few companies in FMCG have achieved outstanding sales and market share growth as this added-value branded drinks business, who are investing for further growth in Marketing, NPD and the appointment of another National Account Manager.

Their structured business strategy is focused on further building Grocery Multiple, Convenience and Wholesale channel product distribution, supported by a range of brand marketing activities to drive ROS, all focused on doubling the business in the next three years – exciting stuff that you could be part of…

THE ROLE

Most importantly, you will have the full support of a highly experienced management team that will provide ongoing guidance, training and the benefit of their knowledge and skills to help you ‘take the lead’ in managing and achieving further profitable sales growth across your account portfolio.

Customer wise, you will manage Asda, Morrisons, Coop and Boots including key customer contact relationship development, all negotiations, developing account trading strategies and JBP’s together with the P&L performance.

ABOUT YOU

Having commenced your sales career in FMCG, you have developed your experience within food or drink branded companies including some structured training and development. Your skills have grown with pricing negotiation, launching NPD, business analysis (including financials) and presenting/influencing category insight-led trading solutions.

We are looking for candidates who are ready and looking for ‘the right career move’ to step up from a supporting NAE role on any of the major grocery retail multiples, where you can take full NAM responsibility and ‘run the show’ OR… you are currently working as a NAM on Grocery or Convenience retail multiple accounts looking to joining a more dynamic, well-invested growing business – oh, and with a friendly, highly collaborative culture!

Your personal outlook on business/life includes having the right attitude, wanting to learn and grow and loving to work as part of a team yet with the freedom to act. You have a highly personable and driven style with the ambition to achieve both your business and personal career goals.
