THE COMPANY

A $400m global confectionery branded business which continues to experience unprecedented growth across both UK and international markets, driven by exceptional consumer purchasing, fuelling ever-increasing rates-of-sale through all main high street retail, grocery retail multiple and wholesale accounts.

THE ROLE

With a focus on doubling sales in the next 4 years the board have decided to make a further investment in the Marketing team, by upskilling the strategic brand management resources with the appointment of a new Brand Manager.

This position will assume full responsibility for 3 brands worth over £80m RSV across international markets: Asia, Middle East, Europe and the UK.

You will manage and drive strategic brand plans, NPD (including both group and individual market product innovations), budgetary management and directing brand communication strategy to ensure all ATL/BTL and digital media communications are correctly aligned.

While the BM position will be responsible for managing strategic brand control, key to success in this role will be working closely with all Brand Activation, Category and internationally based Sales team colleagues.

ABOUT YOU

You are bright and engaging with a highly personable style and love working as part of a collaborative marketing team.

Currently working at Brand Manager level (or above), you have shaped your FMCG brand marketing career across a number of food or drink categories where you have developed your experience and skills across the 360° marketing mix.

You have not just worked as a Brand Manager; you have shaped brands to suit consumer requirements and have delivered profitable brand growth – brand success stories you would just love to come and tell us about!
