THE ROLE
This is an exciting new position in a growing business which reports directly to the International Head of HR and will involve managing a high-level of HR support functional activities, working closely with all key stakeholder Heads of departments.
Additionally, responsibilities will include the development and implementation of HR administration systems and processes all designed to help support colleagues in their roles, drive efficiencies and provide high standards or HR support.
The role will also involve working with a high level of confidentiality including supporting Senior Directors in a variety of HR activities in this fast-paced, challenging yet friendly-cultured environment.
The position will over some home/office working flexibility.
ABOUT YOU
Having gained some early career experience in HR you are now looking to move to the next level and are motivated about joining a dynamic, fast-paced growing business in both sales revenue and new team resourcing. Alternatively, you could be a more experienced individual with considerable business administration experience, possibly gained from PA or Office Administrator roles and are looking for a new challenge where you can help implement Change and modern HR led administration systems and processes.
Either way, you are highly personable and sociable, love being allowed to ‘get on with it’ and enjoy working as part of a team. You naturally connect with people at all levels, always strive to work to the highest standards and have excellent attention to detail abilities especially with IT led systems.
