THE ROLE
This is a newly-invested position focused on supporting this dynamic and fast-growing branded confectionery business with their ever-demanding major customer category development strategies and supporting the National Accounts team in building consumer insight-led trading presentations and stories.
It’s a really great time to join their highly-driven team which has a professional ‘can do’ collaborative culture and involves you working with and developing ‘the numbers’ including Circana and Nielsen consumer insights. Reporting to the Category Manager, you will develop both internal reports and customer-led category & brand ‘stories’ which you will present and influence directly with nominated customers – exciting stuff!
In short, this is a role right at the heartbeat of this dynamic business, focused on category and their growing brands’ performance where you can shape, build and execute your strategies, so really make a difference – all of which will be highly visible at the most senior level!
The role is highly flexible with hybrid home working and London-based office attendance around 2/3 days per month.
ABOUT YOU
Of graduate calibre, you are a bright, outgoing, highly enthusiastic individual with a first-class attitude to ‘look, listen and learn/develop’ the art of great consumer insight data usage and category management, focused on driving profitable sales growth.
Your category insight data experience has shaped your thirst for developing fact-based stories which you have shaped across the FMCG sector either within brand/own label manufacturers or insight agencies working at Analyst or Category Executive level.
