In the new world where group training now needs to be delivered in a safe and secure environment, we have been busy adapting and developing our Training and Coaching, as we continue to enhance our existing programmes and introduce new modules via our ‘F2F LIVE Online’ approach and as part of a blended approach to delivering effective commercial training and coaching programmes
NOT just E learning but ‘Blended Learning’ in groups and individual sessions
At SmithCarey we deliver programmes that help change behaviours and deliver results – NOT JUST E Learning. Many of our personalised modules are being delivered through a mix of tutored ‘F2F LIVE Online’ zoom sessions, as groups and individual sessions.

Delivered in flexible short sharp modules and interactive sessions, break out groups , individual tasks, live scenario training and challenges and where relevant supported by testing and knowledge sharing, via pre and post programme E learning modules.
